We welcome Brian Adams from CoolAndCollected.com to our fourth chair this week for another session of Does It Live Up to the Hype. Each of us catches up on a hyped item that we somehow missed. On the docket this time around are the original Star Trek movies, Pulp Fiction, Breaking Bad, and Chick-fil-A. Our Nerd To-Dos include some Edgar Rice Burroughs, some C. S. Lewis, some L. Frank Baum, and something called bulletproof coffee.
Butter in your coffee? No sauce on the sandwiches?? You guys are in mortal need of a Jack-in-the-Box!
You can bet I will triple lock the doors tonight in fear of Mr. Shatner's henchmen (and Jeeg).
It was a great experience, and I'll apologize in advance for the ratings dip. Kaplach (sp?).
Welcome back guys. Thank you Pax and Brian for liking 'Breaking Bad'. It really is a great series. If it had got a negative review I may have had to argue the point because I feel that strongly for how great it is.
I'm of the opinion that Tarantino is hit or miss for me. Loved 'Pulp Fiction' and 'Resevoir Dogs', I liked 'Kill Bill 2' but not 1, and everything else I didn't care for.
