Great episode, guys, very enjoyable. An old git like me obviously saw this first-run in a big-screen theater, and you seem to have covered every detail. A most excellent production, though by starting with the best of the movies, you haven't left yourself too much space to work in for the rest.

And just a suggestion from a guy old enough to remember an age when TV and radio people rather naively told the truth a lot: If you're going to dis one of the true pioneers of science fiction, have the good grace to get the name right. It's Commando Cody.

My earliest surviving memory was at 5 years old seeing a picture book my friend brought to kindergarten. I then remember seeing the movie in the theater that summer. Loved it, and have loved it ever since, though at the time Star Wars still eclipsed it. At some point in the late 80s or early 90s it solidified itself as my favorite movie of all time. After that, I like Temple and Crusade about equally, then the TV series, which is great, though mostly doesn’t quite fit the feel of the movies.

Far below that is the 4th movie, which had some OK parts, but far too many corny CGI-laden scenes (primarily the last half of the movie). I usually don’t even include it in my mind when discussing Indiana Jones.
