What a fun episode! I recognize most of these, although my experience was on the NES; I was too old to go to an arcade alone, and my boys were far too young to be seen there with their dad. Three that you missed are Strider, Contra, and the cheatingest game in history, Ninja Gaidan, or as all the kids in the old neighborhood called it, “Ninja Goddam!”
